Shipping Policy
At Yuviq, we offer PAN India delivery through reliable logistics partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines vary from 5–7 business days for ready-to-ship products depending on location.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. You’ll be informed of the estimated dispatch date when confirming your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or regional restrictions are beyond our control, but we’ll always assist you in tracking your shipment.
Packaging
Every piece of Yuviq jewellery is packed with care in our signature packaging to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition, suitable for gifting.
Returns & Exchanges
As our jewellery pieces are handcrafted and often personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order details, photos of the product and packaging, and a short note describing the issue.
- Our team will review the case and arrange for a replacement or repair where applicable.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t entered production or shipping stages. Once processing begins, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
